Incorporation

Caltech Ventures Limited (CVL) is a private Limited Liability Company incorporated under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) on December 16, 2005 in the Register of Companies at the Registrar General’s Department. The Company is authorized to conduct business in general agro-processing services. It was issued with Certificate to Commence Business on December 19, 2005. CVL was established post incorporation in 2006 with its registered offices located at Number 36 Spintex Road, Baatsonaa, Accra, and with a registered postal address of P.O. Box CT 4171, Cantonments, Accra. The Caltech Industrial Complex is located at Hodzo within the Ho Municipality of the Volta Region of Ghana.
